• DA and other allowances applicable from time to time will be given by the Bank.

Age Limit

Candidates should be a minimum of 21 years of age for the post of Clerk as on the last date of submission of the application. The maximum age, as per the notification of the Karnataka State Government, is as below.

• Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Category-1 candidates: maximum age 40 years.
• Other Backward Class candidates: maximum age 38 years.
• General category candidates: maximum age 35 years.

As per Karnataka State Government Notification No. C.A.SU.E 262 S.E.N.E.N.I. 2025 dated 29-01-2026, the age relaxation is extended for a further 5 years, and this applies to candidates of all categories.

Application Form Fee

The form fee for the Clerk post is Rs. 1,000/-. The fee may be remitted at Head Office, Pachhapur, directly, or sent by DD / postal order in favour of “The Pachhapur Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd., Pachhapur.”

A 50% concession in form fees is available for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Category-1, and Other Backward Class.

Application Submission Procedure

1. The application should be in the Bank’s prescribed format, which is available at the Bank Administrative Office, Belgaum, between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm on all working days.
2. The original application form should be filled by the applicant in his or her own handwriting. The applicant shall fix a latest passport-size photo on the application, and two more extra photos should be submitted along with the application form.
3. Applicants should enclose a copy of the SSLC / 10th class marks card or SSLC / 10th class Transfer Certificate as proof of age, and qualification certificates including marks cards and other documents, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
4. Applicants belonging to SC / ST and other Backward Classes should enclose a valid caste certificate as per Government norms.

Other Instructions

1. Recruitment for the post of Clerk will be done through a written test. Candidates shall be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on the percentage of marks obtained in the written test prescribed for the post.
2. As per the rules of recruitment, only eligible candidates will be called for the written test and interview.
3. The written test shall carry 200 marks, consisting of:
   • Kannada language: 50 marks
   • General English: 25 marks
   • General Knowledge: 25 marks
   • Cooperation matters: 50 marks
   • The Constitution of India: 25 marks
   • The subject relevant to the objectives and activities of the Bank: 25 marks
4. Applications without complete particulars, with incomplete information, not signed, without the required fee, without the necessary certificates, or with documents that are not attested, shall be rejected. Applications submitted after the due date shall also be rejected.
5. The Recruitment Committee or the Board reserves the right to postpone or cancel the recruitment process, and also to change any conditions, without assigning any reasons.
6. Any call or letter for the written test and for interviews will not be sent to ineligible candidates, and there will not be any correspondence in this matter.
7. A married female applicant should fill her details (full name, address, and so on) in the application as per the educational qualification certificates, and should also enclose the marriage certificate.
8. The duly filled application, with all documents, should be submitted in the name of The Chief Executive Officer, “The Pachhapur Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd., Pachhapur,” during office hours.
